  26. .SH NAME
  27. CURLOPT_COOKIESESSION \- start a new cookie session

  30. #include <curl/curl.h>

  32. .fi
  33. .SH DESCRIPTION
  34. Pass a long set to 1 to mark this as a new cookie "session". It will force
  35. libcurl to ignore all cookies it is about to load that are "session cookies"
  36. from the previous session. By default, libcurl always stores and loads all
  37. cookies, independent if they are session cookies or not. Session cookies are
  38. cookies without expiry date and they are meant to be alive and existing for
  39. this "session" only.
  40. A "session" is usually defined in browser land for as long as you have your
  41. browser up, more or less.
