  31. .SH DESCRIPTION
  32. This option is for connecting to an HTTPS proxy, not an HTTPS server.
  33. Pass a pointer to a null-terminated string as parameter. It will be used as
  34. the password required to use the \fICURLOPT_PROXY_SSLKEY(3)\fP private key.
  35. You never needed a pass phrase to load a certificate but you need one to load
  36. your private key.
  37. The application does not have to keep the string around after setting this
  38. option.
