- B<subjectKeyIdentifier> of I<issuer> if B<authorityKeyIdentifier>
- present in the I<subject> certificate and checks B<keyUsage> field of
- I<issuer>.

- Function return B<X509_V_OK> if certificate I<subject> is issued by
