#108 Missing package dnscrypt-proxy

Missing package dnscrypt-proxy in libreCMC 1.4.*, missing package: dnscrypt-proxy, luci-app-dnscrypt-proxy in libreCMC 1.5. If it's possible to add the packages this great project, I'd be very thankful.

dnscrypt-proxy + luci-app-dnscrypt-proxy were added the the v1.5.x package feed and are now available.

I can confirm that dnscrypt-proxy is working. I installed it a few minutes ago (didn't notice it was missing before).
