https://librecmc.org/librecmc/downloads/snapshots/v1.5.0/targets/ath79/nand/ contains files for only very few targets. According to https://www.thinkpenguin.com/gnu-linux/upgrading-nand-and-nor-firmwares-tpe-r1200-router one should flash both the NOR and the NAND image.

Read the directions:

"Note: These directions apply to upgrading to releases prior to libreCMC 1.5. To upgrade to libreCMC 1.5 see our new documentation."

Link:

https://www.thinkpenguin.com/gnu-linux/vpn-mini-wireless-router-firmware-upgrade-instructions-upgrading-tpe-r1100-tpe-r1200-libre

Which then says:

"For TPE-R1100 1.4.9 nand image download (as of these direction support for nand has not yet been ported to the new 1.5 image so if you want to utilize the nand you will need to stick to 1.4.9 for the nand image at the moment, keep in mind it may be advisable to take additional security precautions if you go this route):"
