Anywho, no hard feelings, but can you sticky that git as a backup plan if your WNDR3800 router gets bricked?
https://github.com/jclehner/nmrpflash
Can you add this information to the wiki?
https://github.com/jclehner/nmrpflash
first use ip link to find out the ethernet's name, in my case its enp0s25 instead of the below, which is eth0
./nmrpflash -i ethernet-name -f the.img
use the correct image not the one shown as an example though.
use latest version of the nmrpflash
Also, got confused with something:
https://librecmc.org/librecmc/downloads/snapshots/v1.5.1/targets/ar71xx/generic/
I didn't realize this was the wrong image to flash and forced it, and bricked my router,
Thanks to https://github.com/jclehner/nmrpflash
I could reflash and fix the problem. But I wish you could have made it more clear we were supposed to use this:
https://librecmc.org/librecmc/downloads/snapshots/v1.5.1/targets/ath79/generic/

aka, put it in the wiki as a way to unbrick and also as a note:
I should add ive only tested this on the us version of that router, not the WNDR3800CH
I am not sure if it works on that one too. But yeah, its a heads up. :)
