I recall mentioning to you RISC ATOM, that libressl support would be a good idea... noticed it hasn't been done, but I hadn't known this, but wolfssl also exists. Maybe making that an option instead of libressl would be easier?
I won't say that I don't still have interest in libressl, but this might be better for librecmc than openwrt and best of all, it might enable supporting older firmware. Aka, wolfssl is 20-40x smaller than openssl.
Anywho, just a thought if you have interest.
EDIT: I just checked and libressl is only 4MB, wolfssl is currently 17mb in their latest release, the one without fips. openssl is 14.8mb
dependencies for each, I know not, but libressl might save some flash space. Anywho, just thought I should mention this one last time.

I don't pretend to know much about it, but wolfssl might be better.

The above account, sable... might as well be a ghost one, I cannot use it anymore. I had made it at one point, but it won't respond to my password. I would have to have a recovery option to use it again. I would prefer to delete it altogether though.
