Provides TinyScheme with an interface to Gnu/Linux system functions, such as the system command, access to the environment, and sockets. Without a package like this TinyScheme is not very useful for controlling a LibreCMC system.

Just checking up on this pull request. I tested and it builds, installs, and works correctly on mips24_kc arch.

I'm off the grid and I don't have the time or means of dealing with this right now. Please be patient since running the project takes a lot of energy and I am away from civilization right now.
