#142 [new package request] apcupsd

Hello, I've been using librecmc for two years now, it works great! I recently added an UPS to my setup and would like to run apcupsd on the WNDR3800 to be able to control shutdown of my various PC when power goes off. Unfortunately, the package is not available in librecmc. As you can see, it is available in openwrt :

so would it be possible to make it available for the next release ?
